


My Story
Ken Gerhard is a widely recognized cryptozoologist, author, lecturer
and TV personality. He has traveled the world searching for evidence
of mysterious animals and legendary creatures including Bigfoot, the
Loch Ness Monster, the Chupacabra, Mothman and the Beast of
Gevaudan. In addition to co-hosting the History Channel series –
Missing in Alaska, Ken’s research has been featured on close to 100
network television episodes including programs like – The Proof Is Out
There, Monster Quest, Ancient Aliens and America Unearthed, as well
as The UnXplained with William Shatner, Monsters and Mysteries in
America (Animal Planet), Legend Hunters (Travel Channel), Paranatural
(National Geographic) and The Real Wolfman.
His credits include appearances on major news broadcasts and
nationally syndicated radio programs like Coast to Coast AM, as well as
being featured in articles by the Associated Press, Houston Chronicle
and Tampa Tribune. Ken is author of the books –
The Essential Guide to Bigfoot, The Essential Guide to the Loch Ness
Monster, A Menagerie of Mysterious Beasts, Encounters with Flying
Humanoids and Big Bird: Modern Sightings of Flying Monsters and he’s
also contributed to publications including Fate Magazine. He currently
lectures at conferences and events across the United States. Born on
Friday the 13
th
of October, Ken has traveled to 26 di7erent countries on
six continents, as well as 48 of the United States. An avid adventurer,
he has camped along the Amazon, explored the Galapagos Islands,
hiked the Australian Outback and has visited many ancient and
mysterious locales, from Machu Pichu to Stonehenge.
